Ambassador Omuraliyev meets with Kyrgyz students in Turkey

Bishkek, July 9, 2019. /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliyev took part in the ceremony of awarding diplomas to the graduates of the Türkiye Bursları (Türkiye Scholarships ) program of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) under the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy and YTB President Abdullah Eren also participated in the ceremony.
Students from 165 countries, including Kyrgyzstan received the diplomas. Omuraliyev congratulated the graduates and wished them success in further development and career building.
Currently, 150,000 foreign students from 182 countries study under the Turkish Scholarships program at the expense of their own funds or scholarships.
