State Forestry Agency’s report for first quarter of 2019

Bishkek, July 12, 2019. /Kabar/. The State Forestry Agency has reported for the first quarter of 2019.
In the first quarter of 2019, the Agency received 2,820 documents, of which 575 were received from higher public authorities, 56 legislative acts, and 1,239 from ministries and departments, and 92 appeals were received from citizens, Director of the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdykalyk Rustamov told at the press conference at Kabar News Agency.
"This year it is planned to develop and promote 26 draft regulatory legal acts, of which 7 have been prepared and sent. In addition, the legal expertise of 270 draft regulatory legal acts has been conducted," the director said.
Also, the state environmental assessment of 475 units of design and regulatory legal acts was conducted.18 units were negative and returned for revision.
"In addition, environmental monitoring was carried out. A total of 74 samples were collected and analyzed in the first quarter and 549 studies were conducted. Of these, 425 studies on atmospheric air," Abdykalyk Rustamov informed.
