Tokayev orders to improve quality of judicial decisions in Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was informed about the results of activities of the Supreme Court in 2019 today at the meeting with Jakip Asanov, Akorda reported.
The Supreme Court Chairman briefed on preparation of draft laws aimed at further modernization of the Civil Procedure Code and launch of a new institute of administrative justice.
The head of state upon conclusion of the talks noted the importance of improving quality of judicial decisions, thorough and fair consideration of citizens appeals.
