Turkmen Foreign Minister, Kyrgyz Ambassador discuss issues of cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a meeting with the Chargé d'affairs ad interim of Kyrgyzstan in Turkmenistan Asein Isayev on July 11, Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of current issues including the implementation of previously reached agreements and exchanged views on the priorities for the development of bilateral cooperation
The parties considered the ways of intensifying political-diplomatic contacts and stressed the necessity of widening inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries.
The importance of viewing the partnership in the sphere of economy and trade, including the use of the potential presented by the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kyrgyz Commission on trade-economic, scientific-technical and humanitarian cooperation were highlighted.
