AKIPRESS.COM - Pervomay district court banned rallies in the center of Bishkek from July 12 until July 20 because of the traffic jams and roads' blocking that they often bring.
Additionally, the court banned peaceful rallies in front of the Government and the Supreme Court amid upcoming official visit of South Korean delegation led by Prime Minister Lee Nak-yeon for a business forum on July 17.
Any planned peaceful rallies can be held those days in the territory of Gorky Square.
On July 12, a delegation from Kazakhstan led by Prime Minister Askar Mamin visited Kyrgyzstan.
Court said that improvement and maintenance of order in connection with the meeting of official delegations are under way on the central streets of the city.
"Official delegations come with a large number of guests, which means Kyrgyzstan is obliged to guarantee their security by such restrictive measures," the court said.
