Kyrgyz, Uzbek deputy PMs negotiate on delimitation of state border

Bishkek, July 16, 2019. /Kabar/. The regular meeting of working groups of governmental delegations of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on the delimitation of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border with participation of Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jenish Razakov and his Uzbek counterpart Elyor Ganiyev took place in the city of Osh on July 10-14.
The Kyrgyz Government’s press service said that the sides discussed proposals for descriptions the remaining sections of the state border.
An agreement was reached to conduct joint field surveys of separate sections of the state border. The negotiations were held in the spirit of mutual understanding and in a friendly atmosphere.
The next meeting is scheduled in the territory of Uzbekistan.
