Bishkek, July 16, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov received Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications, Advisor to the head of state Dastan Dogoyev and Director of the Electronic Interaction Center State Enterprise Nuriya Kutnayeva, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
The President familiarized with the implementation of the country’s digital transformation tasks.
Topical issues on the implementation of the Concept of Digital Kyrgyzstan and the progress of implementation of the decisions of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic were discussed.
Sooronbay Jeenbekov emphasized that citizens should feel the results of digital transformation in everyday life.
He noted that the elimination of the human factor in the provision of public services is the most important task. The most comfortable conditions for the population and business will be created through the development of digital technologies.
Chairman Dogoyev told about the priority projects and the current situation in the field of digitalization in general, the introduction of digital technologies in the provision of public services to citizens.
He said that 189 public services in e-format will be introduced in the near future, which allows to cover more than 500 thousand citizens of the country and reduce the queues at the public service centers (PSC) by 30%.
Dastan Dogoyev added that by the Government’s decision, the Republican Headquarters for Digitalization was established to promptly resolve issues in this area.
Director Nuriya Kutnayeva informed about connection of 60 public authorities and subordinate units to the Tunduk system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
In July 2018, 18 public authorities were connected to this system.
Besides, to date 71 e-databases have been introduced in 24 public authorities. By the end of 2019, it is planned to introduce 80 databases, which will make possible to convert about 2 million requests between ministries and agencies into electronic format and significantly reduce the time and financial costs of paper.
The President set a target to increase the number of public services in electronic format by the end of the year, to introduce the Sanarip aimak program and to strengthen the coordination among the public authorities in digitalization.
