Tokayev reshuffles staff in Ministries of Interior and Economy

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev appointed Arystangani Zapparov as Deputy Minister of Intreior Ministry and Arman Jumabekov as Executive Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy, Akorda reports. Zapparov was born in 1969 in Jambyl region. He served in the law enforcement bodies in various positions from 1993. Since January 2018, he served as Chief of the anti-drug crime department of the Interior Ministry. Then he was appointed as chief of the police department of Kyzylorda region.
The new Executive Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy was born in 1973.
Prior to appointment, he served as First Vice Minister of National Economy since April 2019.
Jumabekov also has experience of working in bank, tax service, president office, parliament and government.
