Bishkek, July 22, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov received Radik Batyrshin, Chairman of Mir Interstate Television and Radio Company (ITRC).
Dinara Suimaliyeva, Director of the National Branch of MIR ITRC in Kyrgyzstan also took part in the meeting.
Jeenbekov presented the Order of Danaker to the Chairman of MIR ITRC for his great services and personal contribution to strengthening cultural ties and friendship between the peoples of the CIS countries.
The President noted with satisfaction the activity of MIR ITRC on coverage of actual problems and events not only in the CIS, but also in the world space.
He also noted the national branch of MIR in Kyrgyzstan daily covers the most important events in the country, tells about the life of ordinary Kyrgyz citizens.
The ITRC chairman thanked President Jeenbekov for his high appreciation of the TV channel's activities. He stressed that he perceives the state award as an award for the entire multinational team and the entire TV and Radio Company.
Radik Batyrshin added that in recent years he has always felt the support of the Kyrgyz leadership.
"We see Kyrgyzstan as one of the growth and success drivers for our television and radio company. The single information space, for which our television and radio company was created, is developing thanks to the leadership, including leadership of Kyrgyzstan," Batyrshin said.
Mir ITRC is an interstate TV and radio company broadcasting in Russian language. It was established in 1992 by the Agreement of the Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the purpose of covering political, economic and humanitarian cooperation, forming a common information space and facilitating international exchange of information. The Company is an international organization with headquarters in Moscow and national branches and representative offices in 9 countries.
