Funds received from fight against corruption to be used for construction school buildings

Bishkek, July 26, 2019 /Kabar/. The single deposit account received KGS 1.5 billion from the fight against corruption, Marlen Amandykov, the Director of the Central Treasury of the Kyrgyz Finance Ministry told during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.
This account receives funds, received during the investigation and prosecution of economic crimes by the country's law enforcement agencies.
"These funds will be used to build new buildings for schools in Osh, Bishkek and Chui Oblast, which are overcrowded. Fifteen schools have already been selected," Amandykov said.
