Speaker Jumabekov meets delegation of Grand National Assembly of Turkey

AKIPRESS.COM - Parliament Speaker Dastanbek Jumabekov met the delegation of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey led by Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Friendship Group Chairman Sabri Ozturk. "We need to bolster bilateral trade to $1 billion. The Parliaments of our countries should make all possible efforts and facilitate trade expansion," Speaker Jumabekov staetd.
The Speaker outlined the results of his recent visit to Turkey, where he met President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, visited Iznik and the Kyrgyz Mausoleum.
Sabri Oztuk said the draft agreement developed together with the Maarif Foundation will be submitted to the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan via the Ministry of Education and Science. The Maarif Foundation will begin working in Kyrgyzstan upon ratification of the agreement.
