First military sports games among CIS cadets in Kazakhstan

Tashkent, July 29, 2019. /Kabar/. The first military sports games among cadets of the CIS higher military educational institutions were held on July 24-29 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
A team of the Defense Ministry of Uzbekistan servicemen won the third place, the press service of the ministry reported.
The first military sports games were dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Second World War 1941-1945.
The games included competitions in football, military obstacle course race, orienteering, hand-to-hand combat and accuracy of air rifle targets.
As a result of the competition, the Russian national team won the first place. The team of Kazakhstan was on the second line. And the third place went to the team of cadets of the Uzbek Ministry of Defense.
About 170 cadets from Armenia, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan participated in the competition.
