New House of Culture built in one of most remote villages of Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, July 30, 2019. /Kabar/. A new House of Culture is built in the village of Azhek of Ala-Buka region (Jalal-Abad Oblast) with the support of Community Development and Investment Agency at the expense of the German Development Bank.
Mamasaly Sabirov, the Culture House director said in total KGS 12 million 500 thousand were spent on the construction of the facility. "Our village is one of the most remote regions in the country. About 3 thousand 500 people live here. Before that, the village had no club, library or other socially significant facilities for the leisure time of the villagers," he said.
The director said after the opening of the House of Culture, the life of villagers has become much more interesting. "Young people come here to read books, children attend various clubs, and the village's activists hold various events. Also, young people organize various musical groups and participate in competitions, both regional and national," he said.
There are the Internet, a library and a concert hall for 220 people in the House of Culture.
