Minimum living wage of Kazakhstan grows by 12% since beginning of 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - A minimum living wage of Kazakhstan as of July 2019 amounted to 29,600 tenge ($76.99), LSreported. A 12% growth was observed since the beginning of this year.
The food products make almost 16,300 tenge, while more than 13,300 tenge go for non-food products and paid services.
The highest minimum wage in the country was recorded in Mangistau region (36,700 tenge), Nur-Sultan (34,700 tenge) and Almaty (32,400 tenge), and the lowest in Pavlodar (26,400 tenge) and Jambyl (about 26,800 tenge) regions.
