Deputy Minister stopped by police for tinting car windows

AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Ravshan Rysbayev was stopped by police during a raid by the traffic police to check tinted cars. Tinting car windows is banned in Kyrgyzstan.

The traffic police inspectors stopped a Toyota Highlander car on Ala-Too Square. The driver refused to show his face and get out of the car.
According to his testimony, the car belongs to his friend.
In the parking lot after one of the inspectors filled out the report, it turned out that the driver was Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Ravshan Rysbayev.
