Kazakhstan to attract foreign graduate students

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan has plans to attract graduate students from around the world, New Europe reported as the Chairman of the Agency for Public Service of Kazakhstan, Anar Zhailganova, saying.
"Today we are witnessing transformations in all spheres of life in Kazakhstan. The civil service system, being the conductor of these transformations, is an area where changes must move at a vigorous pace," Zhailganova said.
