Special forces of Kyrgyzstan conduct special operation to detain former President Atambayev

Bishkek, Aug. 8, 2019. / Kabar /. The special operation to detain former President Almazbek Atambayev is carried out by special forces of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
"During the operation, special forces soldiers did not use military weapons. The soldiers were equipped only with rubber bullets. Currently, the detention operation continues," the State Committee’s press service said.
