Captured SWAT soldiers under under medical supervision: SDPK political council

AKIPRESS.COM - SWAT soldiers captured in the Koi-Tash village during the clashes between the National Security Committee soldiers and ex-President Almazbek Atambayev's supporters are under under medical supervision, according to the member of the SDPK political council Ermek Okenov.
6 SWAT soldiers were under medical supervision all the time, he said.
"When they intrude into a private property, defense is necessary. I want to reiterate that they are under medical control," he said.
He added that there is no any communication and Internet connection in Koi-Tash village.
In the evening of August 7, the National Security Committee special forces attempted to arrest Almazbek Atambayev storming his house in Koi-Tash village outside Bishkek.
As a result, 48 people were injured and 1 special forces officer was killed.
