Deputy Commander of SCNS Special Forces Alpha dies during storm in Koi-Tash

Lieutenant Colonel Usen Niyazbekov, Deputy Commander of the Special Forces of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan Alpha, was killed during a storm of the house of the former president of the country Almazbek Atambayev in Koi-Tash. The Bishkek Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, 47 people were hospitalized to Chui and Bishkek territorial hospitals with various bodily injuries as a result of clashes in Koi-Tash. At least 22 of them are employees of the SCNS, 2 employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the remaining 23 are civilians. One serviceman of SCNS died from a gunshot wound.
Usen Niyazbekov headed a special operation in Koi-Tash.
Yesterday night, special forces of the SCNS attempted to detain the former president of the country Almazbek Atambayev in Koi-Tash village. However, the storm failed. Atambayev's supporters did not let the special forces into the house of the former head of state. During the second detention attempt, riots broke out. There are wounded and injured. Nearly 50 people were taken to hospitals in Bishkek and Chui region. One serviceman of the SCNS Special Forces received a gunshot wound. He died in a hospital. The head of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Chui region was broken his head. He's in a coma. The president cut his vacation short. He convokes an emergency meeting of the Security Council today.
