AKIPRESS.COM - Chief of the Chuy regional police Samat Kurmankulov is still in critical condition, the Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics reported. Kurmankulov on August 7 during the Koi-Tash incident got brain traumas. He underwent two surgeries.
