AKIPRESS.COM - Soldiers, relatives and friends of deputy chief of the special service of the GKNB Usenbek Niyazbekov, who was killed during the storming in Koi-Tash, gathered today in his funeral in Bishkek.
Niyazbekov received severe injuries on August 7 during the Koi-Tash riots.
He was born in 1972 in the village of Bel-Oruk village of Nooken district of Osh region. He graduated from the Osh Technical University.
In 2000, he began his military service as a junior criminal investigator in the city of Osh.
In February 2019, he was appointed as deputy chief of the special service of the GKNB.
Niyazbekov was awarded with Erdik badge and other awards. He was married and had 4 children.
This September, he was supposed to become colonel of the national security bodies. Today he was given a title of colonel.
