EAEU countries stand for lifting barriers on alcohol market of EAEU — Armenian PM

AKIPRESS.COM - The EAEU countries stand for elimination of barriers on alcohol market of the EAEU, Chairman of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said today during the summit of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
"In terms of regulation of the alcohol market, I think it is important to underline that the EAEU countries stand for lifting barriers in this sector. For Armenia, this sector is a priority area and has a wide export opportunities on the EAEU market," he said.
This issue has long been discussed by EAEU countries and requires a speedy resolution, according to him.
Achievement of this goal is possible with the help of the agreement on harmonization of legislation of financial market of the EAEU member states, which should enter its force in 2020, he noted.
