Turkmenistan hosts exhibition of innovative technologies

Turkmenbashi, Aug. 12, 2019 / Kabar/. The opening ceremony of the International Caspian Exhibition of Innovative Technologies and Turkmen Sahrasy-2019 Exposition is held on Sunday in Turkmenbashy International Seaport of Turkmenistan.
The event is timed to the first Caspian Economic Forum, which is slated for Aug. 12.
Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Turkmenistan Kylychov read the message of the country’s President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow.
In his message the Turkmen president said that international events will be very important for familiarization with perspective of further development of trade and economic relations not only between Caspian States but also with all interested parties.
"Actively pursuing open door policy, Turkmenistan expands the world economic relations with all countries of the world, which gives strong impulse to diversification of national economy and innovative vector of its development," he said.
The Turkmen president highlighted the special meaning of Caspian Exhibition of Innovative Technologies and Turkmen Sahrasy-2019 motor review that have been organized on the territory of Turkmenbashy International Seaport as Caspian Sea while being on the intersection of trade routes between Europe and Asia plays key role in restoration of the Silk Road, which was used for exchange of goods, knowledges and technologies.
About 60 countries of the world presented newest and leading technologies on two pavilions
In the framework of the exhibition the countries of the Caspian region (Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Iran and Turkmenistan) opened national stands.
The exhibition is also attended by companies from Turkey, Belarus, France, Japan, Germany, Uzbekistan, the Netherlands, UAE, China, Finland and others.
The event was organized by the chamber of Commerce and industry of Turkmenistan.
