Kazakhstan starts exporting petroleum to Tajikistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan started supplying petroleum to Tajikistan from July 2019, Minister of Energy Kanat Bozumbayev told reporters on August 13. "We started exporting petroleum about 20,000 tons a month," he said.
The Ministry of Energy earlier reported that Kazakhstan can export 30,000 tons of petroleum, if bilateral agreements are signed. The government is working out documents with Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.
Prior to it, Bozumbayev noted that the country will also began supplying petroleum to Central Asian and European countries.
