Bishkek, Aug.13, 2019. /Kabar/. Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jenish Razakov during his working visit to Batken Oblast took part in laying bituminous-concrete surface of Kok-Tash-Ak-Sai highway.
He also got acquainted with the progress of works on construction of Ak-Sai-Tamdyk highways, the press service of the Government reported.
Construction works have started on the Kok-Tash - Ak-Sai - Tamdyk road. A total of 21 km of road has been built since the beginning of construction.
KGS 120 million for road construction works on the Kok-Tash-Ak-Sai-Tamdyk highway is provided from the republican budget for 2019, of which:
-KGS 50 million will be directed to the bituminous-concrete surface of the Kok-Tash-Ak-Sai road section, where the works on the 7-km bituminous-concrete surface of the highway are currently underway;
-KGS 70 million will be directed to the construction of a new 13.5 km long Ak-Sai – Tamdyk road section, where construction (drilling and blasting) works are currently carried out.
