New Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mongolia appointed

AKIPRESS.COM - Zhalgas Adilbayev appointed as Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mongolia, the Foreign Ministry of Affairs reported.
He was born on December 15, 1964 in Zharsuat Village of the Atyrau region. He graduated with Honors from the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov in 1990 with the degree of Historian and Instructor of Socio-Political disciplines and received postgraduate degree from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi in 1994.
He started his diplomatic career as the Head of Division of the State Protocol. In 2002 he was the Head of State Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He also worked as the Counselor of the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Lithuania, Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Austria. He was the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Gorgan (Iran) during 2009-2010.
During 2010-2015 he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the Deputy Chair of the International Economic Cooperation Committee and Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan on the issues of cooperation with the Parliament and NGOs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Armenia during 2015-2017.
Before being appointed as the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mongolia he worked as an Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
