Kyrgyzstan's national volleyball team reaches semifinal of Asian Championship

Bishkek, Aug.21, 2019. /Kabar/. The national volleyball team of Kyrgyzstan got into the semifinal of the Asian Central Zone Championship, the press service of the Kyrgyz Volleyball Federation reported.
The tournament is taking place in Nepal with the participation of 7 teams.
The Kyrgyz team got into Group A together with the national teams of Nepal and Maldives. In the first round, Kyrgyzstanis defeated Nepalese with a score 3:0, and in the second round, athletes from Kyrgyzstan won the Maldivian team with the same score.
This allowed the Kyrgyz to reach the semifinal regardless of the result of the match of the third round.
In the semifinal, the team will play with the team that took the second place in Group B.
