Railway companies of Kazakhstan, Russia discuss development of container carriage

AKIPRESS.COM - The issue of development of container carriage between Russia and Kazakhstan was touched at the meeting of the national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy with the leadership of the Yuzhno-Uralskaya Railway of Russia, the press service of the Kazakh railways reported.
The volume of container shipping between the countries increased in the first half of 2019, the company noted.
The sides also discussed results of the previous meetings during the talks.
"We will do our bests to make a big route China - Kazakhstan - Russia - Belarus - Europe development stable," Chairman of the Kazakh railways Kanat Almagambetov said.
