Transport Ministry of Kyrgyzstan introduces rules regulating drone flight

AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Transport and Roads of Kyrgyzstan has developed a draft order on confirmation of aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic, exploitation of airborne vehicles and drones, Tazabek reports. The draft order envisages rules of using unmanned aerial vehicles in the air space in Kyrgyzstan.
The document also implies to provide a definition of drone aircraft that are close to the definition of the International Civil Aviation Association. The drones will be divided into classes. The draft order provides a list of rules of receiving certificate of operator and rules of registration and placing in the register of drones.
Inspection of compliance with rules of drone exploitation regardless of the kind of activities will be carried out by relevant bodies of the Interior Ministry.
