Drinking water for 110 million soms provided to Jayil district

AKIPRESS.COM - The project on provision of drinking water is implemented in the Aleksyevka village of Jayil district, said the head of the district Turusbek Nogoyev at the press tour. According to him, the project cost totaled 110 million soms and it will be implemented by the end of the year.
"35 villages have clean drinking water, however these pipelines are outdated. They were installed in 1960-1970. All village councils work with donors for provision of drinking water. Over 10 million soms have been allocated for the reconstruction of water pipes as a part of Taza-Suu project. The work to provide residents with drinking water with the support of international donors is underway in the villages of Ak-Bashat, Sosnovka, Taldy-Bulak, Suusamyr, Kyzyl-Dyikan, Poltavka, Alekseyevka," he said.
Nogoyev noted that 10 projects were planned for this year in the region, 4 of them were implemented.
"The rural health posts were built in the Kara-Suu and Suusamyr villages. In addition, the kindergartens in the villages of Ak-Bashat, Suusamyr and Taldy-Bulak were reconstructed," he says.
Nogoyev added that the construction of the intensive care unit of the district hospital is underway. The estimated cost of the project is 8 million soms. 420,000 soms were allocated from the local budget. Construction work is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
