Man appeals to police demanding $31,000 which he gave to son of attorney Ikramidin Aitkulov

AKIPRESS.COM - A resident of Bishkek appealed to police to get his $31,000 back that he gave to Azamat Aitkulov, son of attorney Akramidin Aitkulov, the press service of the Bishkek police said. This man on January 24, 2019 turned to the General Prosecutor's Office to take measures against Azamat Aitkulov born in 1987, who In April 2014 took $25,000 for alleged treatment of his father Ikramidin Aitkulov.
Three months later, A. Aitkulov again took $6,000 for development of a business and did not return the money to the man. Aitkulov caused material damage in the amount of $31,000.
In the end of 2014, the complainant started demanding his money and came to the house of A. Aitkulov. Then his father Ikramidin Aitkulov promised to pay all debts of his son. On March 24, 2015, I.Aitkulov and the man signed and notarized a contract of debt in the amount of $31,000. However, the debt has not yet been paid.
On January 24, 2019, the document was sent to the Prosecutor's Office of Bishkek. On February 4, materials were handed over to the investigation service of the police of Bishkek for consideration. The gathered material was registered in the single register of crimes of the police department of Bishkek and investigation started into fraud charge.
During the investigation it was established that A. Aitkulov in 2015 had already been accused of fraud by Pervomay district court.
Bishkek police continue investigation on the application of the Bishkek resident.
