22 educational facilities in critical condition in Naryn

AKIPRESS.COM - The deputy governor of Naryn region Jarkyn Ibrayeva, school principals, teachers and educators participated in the August teachers conference in Naryn, Turmush reports. The director of the regional educational methodological center Kazymbek Mamytov briefed on the work done and plans for the new academic year at the conference.
58,295 school children study at 141 schools and 5,558 teachers work in the region, including 5,145 teachers with higher education.
13 schoolchildren received the Altyn Tamga certificate, 6 students won prizes at the state olympiad and 2 graduates were awarded the golden certificate in 2018-2019 academic year.
31 objects are under construction in the region. Currently, the construction work has been suspended at 12 facilities due to lack of funds and 22 educational institutions are in critical condition, including 18 schools and 4 kindergartens.
