Tax authorities of Kyrgyzstan and Russia discuss bilateral cooperation

Bishkek, Aug. 29, 2019. / Kabar /. A meeting was held at the State Tax Service (STS) of the Kyrgyz Republic with a delegation of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, who arrived in the republic in order to conduct working consultations as part of intergovernmental agreements between the two countries, the STS press service reported.
The meeting was attended by Chairman of the STS Kabyl Abdaliev, his deputies and the heads of structural units of the central office. The delegation of the fiscal body of Russia is represented by the head of the department of international cooperation and currency control D. Volvach and the heads of other departments.
Chairman of the Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdaliev thanked his Russian colleagues for their intention to assist in the modernization of the information and analytical system of the tax service of the republic and expressed the hope that, based on the results of a two-day joint work, agreed proposals will be worked out to achieve the goals.
During the meeting, the tax authorities of Kyrgyzstan and Russia discussed the audit of the current tax system of the Kyrgyz Republic and the development of proposals for its improvement.
In order to get acquainted with the work of the department, the delegation of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation also visited a number of tax departments and the training center of the Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
