Sooronbay Jeenbekov receives Uzbek Ambassador Rashidov

Bishkek, Sept.5, 2019. /Kabar/. Today, Sept. 5 Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov received Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan Komil Rashidov on the occasion of completion of his diplomatic mission.
The President noted today the Kyrgyz-Uzbek cooperation is at the highest level, a strategic partnership has been established, good neighborly relations are being strengthened, trade turnover between the two countries is increasing, joint ventures are being set up, and cross-border cooperation is developing.
He thanked Komil Rashidov for his contribution to the promotion and strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
Jeenbekov congratulated Rashidov on his appointment as Advisor to Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister and Head of the Department for the Protection of Rights and Support of Uzbek Citizens Engaged in Temporary Labour Abroad.
Ambassador Rashidov expressed gratitude to the President and the Kyrgyz side for the favorable conditions that have contributed to the fruitful work of the diplomatic mission in the country.
