Suspects of brutal beating of men in Bishkek detained

AKIPRESS.COM - Police detain suspects of brutal beating of men in Bishkek on September 6 morning, police said.
Probe into attempted murder was launched and the two suspects, Janybek Bapyshov, born in 1985, and Kalysbek Seyitbekov, born in 1999, were declared wanted after they brutally beat up two men in Bishkek on September 2 morning. The brutal beating was caught on CCTV camera.
The video showing one of the men kicking a lying man in the face several times sparked public outrage. The fact that a policeman, who arrived on the scene and took away his relatives, the suspects, from the scene poured additional fuel into the situation.
Janybek Bapyshov and Kalysbek Seyitbekov were detained in the territory of Kyrgyzstan and placed in temporary detention facility of Bishkek.
Some media reports said the suspects voluntarily surrendered to the Bishkek Police Department accompanied by a lawyer.
