Prospects of silk industry of Uzbekistan presented in India

AKIPRESS.COM - The Embassy of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Indian Silk Export Promotion Council on September 6 made a presentation on silk production capacity of Uzbekistan, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
The event was attended by representatives of business associations, silk producers, trading companies, Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India.
The current situation in silk industry of Uzbekistan and its prospects were presented. The views were exchanged on expansion of cooperation.
Members of the Indian Silk Export Promotion Council expressed readiness to visit Uzbekistan to explore conditions on the ground and discuss prospects of bilateral projects.
