Birdwatching being developed in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - A group of birdwatchers have been to the state nature parks Alatai and Kan-Achuu that are located in Toktogul and Toguz-Toro districts.
According to the United Nations Development Programme, the expedition examined local ornithologic fauna and the opportunities of development of the eco toursim. The birdwatchers made photos of several dozens of birds.
The birdwatching is one of the areas of eco tourism, which has gained the popularity fast.
Development of a birdwatching is planned on the territories of these parks in future.
The expedition allowed to determine the sites of birdwatching and form a map of tourist routes. As a result of these trips, a conception on development of a birdwatching in the named parks is being worked out.
