Kazakhstan to tighten punishment for grievous crimes

AKIPRESS.COM - As part of the President's address to the nation, the government of Kazakhstan plans to toughen punishment for 6 grievous crimes, including sexual abuse, pedophilia, drug spreading, human trafficking, domestic violence against women, poaching, Zakon.kz reports. Among the President's tasks in his address this was one of the areas concerning the rights and security of citizens.
The program also implies implementation of 15 events on improving the quality of courts decisions, approbation of the system "Digital analytics of court practice", reorganization of the committee of administrative police on the basis of the international experience.
Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance - Alikhan Smailov at the government session noted that "constructive public dialogue is a basis for stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan".
