About 70 children without documents admitted to 1st grade in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - About 70 children without documents have been admitted to the first grade in Bishkek this year, specialist in the Ministry of Education Ainura Kuseinova told a press conference. According to her, the electronic admission of children for school reveals children, who do not have birth certificates. Parents could not register these children for school due to the lack of documents via electronic system, but they were admitted without documents as a result.
Parents appealed to the commssion with the request to receive their children, the specialist noted.
Now there is a national program, which provides opportunity to children without documents to receive documents in a simplified process, Kuseinova said.
