KIT 2019 largest IT Forum to be held in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept.11, 2019. /Kabar/. The KIT 2019 XV largest IT Forum will be held in Bishkek, Maksat Dzhylyshbayev, the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communication (SCITC) told during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He said the Forum will be held to support of the adopted concept of Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023.
"The State as a platform digital concept, initiated by the State Committee, will be presented at the Forum with the demonstration of results achieved.
The concept aims to provide quality, convenient and municipal services to all citizens of Kyrgyzstan. We work closely with telecom operators and in the near future banks will join us," he said.
"This is already the 15th Forum, and it will feature a large number of international experts. We can already demonstrate our projects and achievements to others," Tattu Mambetaliyeva, Citizen Initiative of Internet Policy Public Foundation Director said.
The KIT Forum is the largest ICT event in Kyrgyzstan. Over 2000 participants are expected to attend KIT 2019, as well as 10 foreign speakers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Finland and the USA. The Kit 2019 is about 10 sections in different areas of IT, including discussions, master classes, round tables on topics: cyber security and personal data protection; open data and digital public services; digital marketing; EEC digital platforms; e-commerce; game development; IT education, fiscal procedures and startup exhibition.
The organizers of the Forum are the Civic Initiative of the Internet Policy Public Foundation, the SCITC and the High Technology Park.
The event will take place on Sept.24 at Manas capital’s university.
