Two cattlemen trapped at Sary-Kyr pass rescued

AKIPRESS.COM - Two cattlemen trapped on the pass due to snow fall in Toguz-Toro district of the Jalal-Abad region were rescued, Turmush reports. Cattlemen along with 1,000 sheep could not get out of the Sary-Kyr pass due to snowfall on Sept 9. The representatives of the pasture committee and specialists of the relevant structures rescued the cattlemen.
"Currently, the cattlemen are in the Kyldoo section of the Saimaly-Tash park. The local residents assisted them. The cleaning works on Kazarman-Jalal-Abad highway is underway," the district administration said.
