Days of Moscow to be held in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2019. / Kabar /. Bishkek will host Days of Moscow on Sept. 12 - 14, organized by the Moscow Government to strengthen friendly and business ties between the two capitals. The program will be full of business, cultural and sports events.
The Days of Moscow in Bishkek will start with the economic conference of the Government of Moscow, where Moscow will share new approaches to the management of urban infrastructure, transport, public services, education, healthcare with the Bishkek Mayor’s Office, because this year it led the rating of Cities Future of Foreign Direct Investment Intelligence (FDI) in Eastern Europe.
The cultural program will cover all three days. A concert of contemporary classical music by pianist virtuosos Bel Suono and the vocal art group SOPRANO Turetsky will be held on Sept. 12.
A sambo tournament will start on Sept. 13 at a specialized school for children and youth at the Olympic Reserve.
On Sept. 14, the Moscow Puppet Theater’s favorite performance "The Frog Princess" will be held by Muscovites, and in the evening, an art object symbolizing the friendship of Moscow and Bishkek will be open on Old Square, and finally on Saturday evening, Tengri Music, the jazz and classical festival will be held.
Following the results of the Days of Moscow, an agreement will be discussed on holding reciprocal Bishkek Days in Moscow in 2020, which will become part of a large interstate program of events for the Cross Years of the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic and Kyrgyzstan in the Russian Federation.
