Bishkek, Sept.12, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Deputy Prime Minister Jenish Razakov and Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov held a working meeting, the press service of the Kyrgyz Government reported.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues, related to the implementation of the Agreement between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on the provision of technical assistance to Kyrgyzstan within the framework of the process of accession to the Eurasian Economic Union, including the issues of speeding up the provision of technical assistance, provided for by this Agreement, and the extension of the implementation of some measures until 2020-2021.
In turn, the Kyrgyz side proposed to redistribute the saved funds within the framework of the Agreement for other activities.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy prime ministers of the two countries agreed to activate the work of a special working group to monitor the implementation of the road map, to redistribute the savings on the necessary measures within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement, as well as to hold meetings in the form of videoconferences, as needed, in order to facilitate interaction between the interested state bodies of both countries.
