Economy minister, Armenian ambassador discuss development of economic co-op

Bishkek, Sept.12, 2019. /Kabar/. Meeting of Minister Sanjar Mukanbetov with Ambassador of Armenia to Kyrgyzstan Gagik Ghalachyan took place at the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the ministry said.
At the meeting, the sides discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation, noted the existing potential, and expressed hope that the parties will make joint efforts, aimed at the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation, promotion of the establishment of joint ventures in strategically important areas (agriculture, processing industry, light industry).
At the same time, the sides’ interest in further development and expansion of economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Armenia was stressed.
In addition, the sides noted they will make every effort to further develop and strengthen the interaction between the two countries.
