New building of regional hospital to appear in Jalal-Abad

AKIPRESS.COM - The first stone laying ceremony of a new building was held on the territory of the Jalal-Abad regional hospital on September 12, the Ministry of Health reported. The new building will have facio-maxillary, urological and Throat, Nose and Ear departments, the statement says.
The ceremony was attended by Minister of Health Kosmosbek Cholponbayev, MP Ainura Osmonova, deputy governor of the region, mayor of Jalal-Abad town, heads of healcare organizations of the region and others.
The 2-floor building will accommodate 100 beds and is expected to be commissioned in October 2020. Construction is financed by government. The estimated cost amounts to more than 76 million som.
According to the Minister, 76 facilities are being built today in the country as part of the Year of Development of Regions and Digitalization.
