Chui region police chief to be transported to rehabilitation center in Moscow for further treatment

AKIPRESS.COM - Condition of Chui region police chief Samat Kurmankulov has stabilized. He will be transport to one of the rehabilitation centers in Moscow for further treatment, the Ministry of Health said. Kurmankulov received severe brain injuries during the failed attempt to storm the residence of ex-President Almazbek Atambayev on August 7 in Koi-Tash. He underwent two surgeries. On August 12, Kurmankulov was transported to the Burdenko Neurosurgery Center in Moscow.
