Warrant Officer Ravshan Muminov killed during armed Kyrgyz-Tajik border incident

AKIPRESS.COM - Soldier of the Boru special purpose unit Warrant Officer Ravshan Muminov was killed during the armed Kyrgyz-Tajik border incident on September 16, the State Border Service said.
"Warrant Officer Muminov was killed during the rocket-propelled grenade fire by the Tajik side," the statement said.
The Tajik side opened fire first from collective weapons against the Kyrgyzstanis at the Maksat border post and Sai temporary border post, the Kyrgyz authorities said earlier.
Muminov was born on 31 October 1978 in Tashkent, Uzbek USR. He had a wife, 3 children and an elderly mother.
6 Kyrgyz soldiers were injured in the shootout, condition of 2 of them is critical.
