Bishkek, Bishkek, Sept. 17, 2019. / Kabar /. 10 people, including two women and one child, who were injured during the border conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border are taken to the Bishkek Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
At the moment, the victims is undergoing the necessary examinations, based on which a further treatment regimen will be determined. All necessary medicines and medical supplies are provided.
In addition, 3 victims are in the Leilek Territorial Hospital. The two underwent surgery, the condition is stable and serious. One victim also was taken for surgery.
The conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border occurred on Sept. 16. The Tajik side fired at two Kyrgyz border posts in Batken Oblast.
As a result, the border guard of Kyrgyzstan was killed, 6 civilians and 6 military were injured.
