NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Mukhtar Tleuberdi is appointed the Foreign Affairs Minister of Kazakhstan, the Akorda press service reports.
Born in 1968 is a graduate of the Kirov Kazakh State University. Since March 2016 has worked as the 1st Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan.
