Speaker Dzhumabekov meets with Chairwoman of Senate of Kazakh Parliament Nazarbayeva

Within the framework of the fourth meeting of speakers of the parliaments of Eurasian countries, Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament Dastanbek Dzhumabekov met with chairwoman of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Dariga Nazarbayeva, the press service of the Jogorku Kenesh reported.
Dzhumabekov said that he was glad to meet and the opportunity to exchange views on pressing issues of developing friendly relations between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. He also congratulated Nazarbayev on her re-election as chairwoman of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan and the holding of a large-scale event - the Fourth Conference of Speakers of Parliaments of Eurasia.
"The participation of so many delegations from the parliaments of the countries of Europe and Asia and international organizations at the meeting means not only recognition of the merits and achievements of Kazakhstan, but also the ongoing peaceful foreign policy," the Kyrgyz speaker said.
Speaking about the relations between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, he noted the community of culture, language, traditions, spiritual values ​​and family ties between Kyrgyz and Kazakh, which have a long history.
Head of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Dariga Nazarbayeva, warmly greeting the delegation of the Jogorku Kenesh, declared the inviolability of fraternal and friendly ties between our countries. Nazarbayeva also stated the need for the development of inter-parliamentary relations between the countries, which will allow solving many issues related to further cooperation on interparliamentary platforms.
